At Eaden Project, we believe health and performance go hand in hand, making you look atheistically pleasing. Our goal is to make a well-rounded, physically fit being who can run 10km and lift a heavy barbell.
First comes your health, range of motion, right muscles, mechanics etc. Next comes performance, lifting more, running further, which results in our body changing and adapting into lean, powerful muscle!
We use functional movements that provide real-life functionality which works our core to extremities. It’s important that we incorporate bodybuilding exercises, powerlifting movements, weightlifting lifts and bodyweight movements to achieve all these stimuli. Every class includes functional movements for the average joe!
