Easy Hāngī

Easy Hāngī is a Whanganui business that makes cooking kits for preparing an authentic tasting hāngī at home in about 60 minutes. The kits work on gas, electric and induction stoves, and can also be used outside on a fire or other heat source. They come in 10 litre and 20 litre sizes, feeding around 6 or 12 people, and include cooking baskets and flavour packs. Orders can be placed through their website for delivery in New Zealand and Australia.
