Waituna Brewing has interwoven the tradition of Māori with an innovative brewing process creating Taakawa - fruit of the forest, Aotearoa New Zealand’s first indigenous ale. Containing all natural ingredients, Taakawa catches the fruity aroma of kawakawa, a native spice harvested traditionally from the forest of Aotearoa New Zealand, brewed with fine malt and blended with the soft smooth taste of Waituna spring water creating a refreshing golden ale with a unique taste.
