Ebisu

Ebisu is a modern Japanese restaurant in an historic building in Auckland's Britomart precinct, right on the waterfront. Set in a moodily dark space, it serves contemporary Japanese fare that draws together classic Japanese and European techniques, including new-style sushi and sashimi as well as traditional dishes. There is an extensive sake menu, Japan-inspired cocktails and a range of local, Japanese and imported beers. Open for lunch and dinner every day of the week.
