Situated on the top floor of the Chartwell Shopping Centre is Flex Fitness Chartwell. Our Life Fitness and Hammer Strength equipment and gear cater to strength, fitness, functional and group fitness training.

Our new Ziva rigging, the main attraction in our club, adds a unique flair alongside our supplement bar and Hamilton-famous smoothies!
