Here at Flex Rewa, you will experience a variety of training zones – from a high-energy functional area to a semi-private free-weight zone. You will also train on Olympic-standard equipment as we have a full Technogym range of pin and plate load strength and cardio gear. Group fitness classes and 5-star quality bathrooms will be available on level 1 of our facility.
