We are a small group of people who are invested in creating a food experience you will want to repeat, time and time again. ​ Here at Fresha foods we manufacture our goods with quality ingredients, whether it is for our tasty croquettes or our delicious donuts. Headed by Chef in residence (bonus of being the managing director) Al Read has refined our gourmet range of croquettes and donuts to be so delectable that just one is never enough. All our yummy treats are created on site in Middleton and distributed to our wholesale clients throughout Christchurch and the South Island. You can find our delicious Croquettes in most supermarkets as well as cafes and bakeries.
