High Above is a boutique fitness studio in the heart of Hamilton CBD. It was opened in 2018 by Laura Lockhart to share her love of pole and aerial with the Waikato community. The studio offers pole classes for beginners and non beginners, aerial fitness in hammocks, and floating meditation. Parties and private bookings are also available, along with online classes and coaching. Laura is a certified XPERT Pole and AntiGravity instructor.
