PT in the Park is a free weekly group fitness training running for almost a decade! Your workouts are provided by qualified trainers and are designed for people of all ages and abilities, with a range of exercises to suit everyone.
Training sessions are located in Hagley Park, Christchurch, New Zealand, every Saturday at 9 am.
If you’ve not attended before, come and say hi to the team when you arrive. We can’t wait to see you in the park on Saturday!
