We all really enjoy working in our great gym, looking after our existing members and welcoming new members. Our membership is very much "general population" - males and females of varying fitness levels, ages, sizes and gym experience. We offer a relaxed and friendly environment where everyone can improve their wellness, whatever that means for them.

Our members have lots of different goals - for some, it's to look good for a holiday or wedding, for others, it's to lose weight or to achieve a fitness target like doing a half marathon, and for others, it's to build muscle or have more energy or just to look after themselves a bit better.

Whatever the goal, we are here to help! We are a purpose-built, fully air-conditioned 24/7 gym with a great range of excellent equipment. Our membership options are many and varied, and there's tons of flexibility in membership length and payment options, so we encourage you to pop in for a friendly, non-pushy, and no-obligation chat about what might work best for you.

Gym novices are very welcome, and we can get you started nice and safely with a free personalised initial programme from our great Personal Trainer, Zach.
