The Agency

The Agency is a 100% Māori-owned and female-led construction company based in Papakura, Auckland. It provides asbestos removal and management, demolition and deconstruction, bulk works and civil site preparation, and main contracting from tender through to handover. Guided by kaitiakitanga and a focus on health and safety, the team manages each stage of a project with care for its people, clients and the whenua, leaving sites ready for what comes next.
