The Butcher’s Block and Smokehouse

At The Butcher's Block and Smokehouse, we pride ourselves on being Wanaka's only dedicated butcher, offering a wide selection of premium meats, including beef, lamb, pork, chicken, and venison sourced from the best local suppliers. We specialise in crafting our own smallgoods onsite, featuring award-winning sausages, smoked bacon, ham, salami, jerky, and more. Our retail shop is open six days a week, conveniently located near the town centre. We’re known for our exceptional Christmas ham and provide licensed homekill services, turning your homekill animals into prime cuts and delectable smallgoods.
