The Culture and Design Lab

The Culture and Design Lab is an Indigenous-led studio working with organisations across Aotearoa. Using indigenous knowledge, design and strategy, it helps workplace leaders build cultural capability and strengthen engagement with Māori and Pacific peoples. Its licensed learning platform, Digital Moana, delivers short, culturally reviewed Māori and Pacific learning experiences that fit into the working day. The Lab works with government, education, technology, health, corporate and community organisations, and operates remotely from Taumarunui and Auckland.
