The Daily Cafe

Located in the heart of Te Puke, The Daily Cafe is more than just a place for great coffee and wholesome food; it's a social enterprise dedicated to breaking poverty cycles and enhancing our beautiful community.

Our Mission: All profits from The Daily Cafe go back into the local community through The Daily Charitable Trust, a registered charity in Western Bay of Plenty. Our dream is to see ALL of Te Puke connected and thriving. We bring people together, work with others, and encourage neighbours to help neighbours.

Community Focus:

• Social Enterprise: The Daily Cafe was built as a community facility in 2016, providing a gathering space for the community.
• Monthly Pizza Nights: Free events that bring the community together.
• Volunteer Cooking Sessions: Community members volunteer to prepare ready-made cottage pies for those in need.
• Transport Collaboration: Working collectively to improve local transport, including contributing to the establishment of a St John health shuttle service.

Collaborative Efforts: We collaborate with other local charities and community groups to address and fill gaps where needs may fall through. Our focus is on breaking the poverty cycle and contributing to Te Puke in every way possible through our resources, experience, and partnerships.
