Whakapakari Ora Wāhine Wellness is a kaupapa Māori wellness practice focused on the hauora of wāhine, based in New Brighton, Christchurch, with online sessions also available. Guided by Rongoā Māori, the team offers mirimiri, romiromi, plant-based healing, taonga puoro sound healing, health coaching, rāranga weaving and wānanga. They support areas such as hormonal and cycle wellbeing, stress and burnout, reproductive health, and māmā and pēpi care. They also make rongoā remedies and woven taonga, and welcome all people.
