Four Week's Extra Bond for Owners | We're so confident in our tenancy selection, we can offer a comprehensive protection scheme covering unexpected tenant debts if a tenant we've selected is found liable in Tenancy Tribunal. This could cover debts such as rent arrears, careless damage, intentional damage, general cleaning, etc.

Qualified and Experienced with Personal Service | Your property will be managed by a hands-on and experienced owner-operator with over a decade of experience in property management. We're qualified with the NZQA Certificate in Property Management Level 4.
