Element Escapes

Element Escapes is a locally owned holiday home and Airbnb management company that has looked after short-term rentals across Queenstown and Arrowtown since 2010.

The team manages everything for owners: listing and dynamic pricing on Airbnb, and other booking sites, 24/7 guest messages, cleaning and linen after every stay, and maintenance. Owners receive a monthly payout, an itemised statement showing every charge, and a local team they can call directly.

The management fee is 20% + GST, with no setup fees and no lock-in contract. Element Escapes looks after homes and apartments from Kelvin Heights and Jacks Point to Arrowtown, for owners living locally, elsewhere in New Zealand or overseas.
