Callisto Property Management

Callisto Property Management helps rental owners across Dunedin, Mosgiel and the Otago Peninsula with long-term residential property management. Founder Joshua Bird manages family homes and student flats, providing a direct point of contact for owners and tenants.

Services include free rental appraisals, advertising and tenant selection, rent collection, regular inspections, maintenance coordination, tenancy administration and owner reporting.

The management fee is 8.9% + GST of rent collected. No additional letting, advertising, inspection, renewal or administration fees are charged by Callisto, and no margin is added to maintenance invoices. Repairs and other agreed property expenses are separate.
