Taurikura NZ

Taurikura NZ is a social enterprise based in the Waikato that works with groups, communities and organisations to build their cultural capacity and sustainability. Grounded in Te Ao Māori values, the team offers Cultural Competence training, Te Tiriti o Waitangi training, Civics Education, programme design and development, research including cultural audits, strategic planning and organisational culture change, and facilitation such as wānanga, workshops and focus groups. It has worked across healthcare, education, local government, the public sector, trades training and community organisations. The directors are Kawena Jones and Dr Kirsty Barber.
